Challenge

As one of the leading Real Estate CRMs in Canada, IXACT Contact needed a complete redesign of their web-based application and native mobile apps. Re-evaluating their user’s personas, business requirements and feedback we redesigned the entire application from the ground up.

Goals

  • Develop a new and intuitive experience across the entire platform
  • Provide a natural transition for existing customer loyalty and retention
  • Enable users to perform critical tasks easily and efficiently through an optimized user flow
